Terms & Conditions
These terms are the agreement between you and Roboslot Casino Entertainment Ltd. They set out who may hold an account, what happens to money moving in and out, what bonus money is actually worth, and what to do when something goes wrong. Opening an account means accepting them.
- 18+ only
- Kahnawake licensed
- Deposits $5 – $10,000
- Withdrawals $20 – $25,000
Bonus terms are shown again on the offer itself before you opt in, so nothing here is a surprise at the cashier.
Who these terms bind
This agreement is between you and Roboslot Casino Entertainment Ltd., the company that operates roboslot.casino under a licence issued by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. It takes effect when you register, and it continues until the account is closed by either side.
To hold an account you must be at least 18 years old, be acting for yourself and not on anyone else's instructions, and not be resident in a jurisdiction where online casino play is prohibited. One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts are closed, and balances built on a duplicate may be forfeited.
Registration, verification and security
Register with accurate details. Everything you enter at sign-up is checked later against the documents you supply, and a mismatch is the single most common reason a withdrawal is delayed.
Verification
Before a first withdrawal you will be asked for photo identification, proof of address and, depending on the payment method, proof that the account or card belongs to you. This is a licence condition, not a discretionary request. Documents are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Keeping the account secure
- Use a password unique to this site and do not share it.
- Tell support immediately if you think someone else has access.
- Play from your own account only — playing on someone else's behalf voids the result.
- Keep your contact details current; notices are sent to the address on file.
Deposits, withdrawals and limits
| Movement | Minimum | Maximum | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit | $5 | $10,000 | Instant for cards and wallets; 15–45 minutes for crypto confirmations |
| Withdrawal | $20 | $25,000 | 0–24 hours once verification has cleared |
Withdrawals are returned by the method used to deposit wherever the provider allows it. Where that is impossible — a prepaid voucher, for example — an alternative is agreed with the cashier team.
Funds held in an account are not a deposit-taking product and earn no interest. Currency conversion, where it applies, is carried out at the rate quoted at the time of the transaction.
What bonus money is worth
The welcome offer is a 150% match up to $500 with 50 free spins. Reload offers and the 15% monthly cashback challenge run alongside it. Every one of them carries conditions, and the important ones are always the same three:
- Wagering. Bonus funds must be turned over a stated number of times before they, or anything won from them, can be withdrawn.
- Game weighting. Slots normally contribute in full; table and live dealer games contribute a fraction, or nothing.
- Maximum stake. While a wagering requirement is open, there is a cap on the stake per spin or hand.
Bonuses are optional. You can decline any offer and play with cash only, which leaves your balance withdrawable at any time. Abuse of promotions — opening duplicate accounts to claim the same offer, or betting patterns designed only to clear wagering with no risk — voids the bonus and anything won from it.
Conduct and prohibited activity
Game outcomes are produced by the studios' own random number generators and are tested independently. Neither you nor we can influence a result once a round begins.
The following will result in an account being suspended and, where required, reported:
- Using software that automates play or interferes with the games.
- Exploiting a fault in a game rather than reporting it.
- Depositing with funds or instruments that are not yours.
- Providing false identity documents.
- Colluding with other players at shared tables.
Where a fault produces a result that clearly should not have occurred, the round is void and stakes are returned.
Closing, suspending and dormant accounts
You can close your account at any time through the help centre, and any withdrawable balance is returned. If you are closing because of gambling harm, use the self-exclusion route described on the Responsible Gaming page instead — it is stronger, and it cannot be undone on a whim.
We may suspend an account where verification fails, where a term above has been broken, or where a regulator instructs us to. You will be told the reason unless the law prevents it.
An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months is treated as dormant. We contact you before applying any dormancy handling, and a dormant balance is never absorbed without notice.
Availability and limits of liability
We aim to keep the site available continuously, but maintenance windows, provider outages and connection failures happen. Where a session is interrupted, the game state is restored from the studio's own record of the round.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount held in your account at the time of the event complained of. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights apply.
If something goes wrong
- Write to the help centre through the contact page with your username, the date and time, and the amount in dispute. It is answered daily between 08:00 and 22:00.
- If the first reply does not resolve it, ask in writing for the complaint to be escalated to a manager. That review is completed within 10 business days.
- If it remains unresolved after 8 weeks, you may take the matter to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which accepts player complaints about its licensees directly.
Keep copies of what you send. A complaint with a timestamp, a transaction reference and a screenshot is resolved far faster than one without.
Amendments and interpretation
These terms change when the products or the licence conditions change. Material amendments are notified to account holders before they take effect, and the review date on this page is updated at the same time. Continuing to play after that date means accepting the revised terms.
If a single clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the agreement continues to apply. This version was reviewed on 31 August 2026.
Ready when you are
Registration takes a couple of minutes; verification is asked for once, before your first withdrawal.
