Already read enough? Your account setup takes about two minutes and only asks for what the licence requires.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to roboslot.casino, to any page served under that domain, and to the account you may open through it. It covers both the information you hand over deliberately — a name at registration, a document during verification — and the information your browser leaves behind simply by loading a page.
It does not cover the sites of our software studios, payment providers or safer-gambling partners. Once you follow a link away from this domain, that operator's own privacy notice applies, and we would encourage you to read it before entering anything.
What we actually collect
The table below sets out every category of information that passes through this site, what it looks like in practice, and the reason it exists at all. If a field is not listed here, we do not ask for it.
| Category | Examples | Why it is held |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Full name, date of birth, residential address | Confirming you are over 18 and eligible to hold an account |
| Contact | Email address, mobile number | Account notices, payout confirmations, support replies |
| Verification | Photo ID, proof of address, a selfie in some cases | Anti-money-laundering obligations attached to the licence |
| Financial | Deposit and withdrawal history, method used, currency | Processing payments and answering cashier queries |
| Play | Games opened, session length, stake and limit settings | Safer-gambling monitoring and loyalty tier calculation |
| Technical | IP address, device type, browser, referring page | Security, fraud prevention and keeping the site working |
Verification documents are the most sensitive item on that list. They are requested once, checked, and then stored in encrypted form — they are never used for marketing and never shared with a studio or advertiser.
What we do with it
Every use falls into one of five buckets:
- Running the account — registering you, letting you sign in, moving money in and out.
- Meeting the licence conditions — age checks, anti-money-laundering screening, record-keeping the regulator can audit.
- Keeping play safe — spotting the patterns that suggest someone should be offered a limit, a cool-off or a self-exclusion.
- Supporting you — so that when you email the help centre, the person answering can see the transaction you are asking about.
- Improving the site — aggregated, de-identified statistics about which pages and games get used.
We do not build advertising profiles from your play history, and we do not pass your details to third-party marketing lists.
Cookies and similar technologies
Some of the technical information above arrives through cookies and comparable browser storage rather than through a form. Because that subject has its own settings and its own opt-outs, it is documented separately.
See the Cookies Policy for the full list of categories, the retention period of each, and step-by-step instructions for clearing or blocking them in the major browsers.
Who else sees your information
Personal information leaves our systems in four situations, and only in four:
- Payment providers. A card processor or wallet needs enough detail to settle the transaction you asked for — no more.
- Identity and fraud checks. Specialist verification services confirm a document is genuine and return a yes or no.
- Regulators and law enforcement. Where the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, a court, or an Australian authority makes a lawful request.
- Service providers under contract. Hosting, email delivery and analytics vendors, each bound to use the data only for the task we hired them for.
How long it is kept
| Record | Kept for | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Account and verification records | 7 years after the account closes | Securely destroyed |
| Transaction history | 7 years from the transaction date | Securely destroyed |
| Support correspondence | 24 months | Deleted |
| Self-exclusion records | Held indefinitely | Retained so an exclusion cannot be quietly undone |
| Analytics and site logs | 14 months | Aggregated, then the raw log is dropped |
The seven-year figures are not our preference; they are the minimum an operator in this sector is required to keep for audit. Self-exclusion records are the one category kept permanently, and deliberately so — an exclusion that expired quietly from the database would be worse than useless.
What you can ask us to do
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold information about you, and give you a copy of it;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete information we are not legally required to retain;
- stop sending marketing email — a single click in any message does this immediately;
- explain a decision that was made about your account.
Send the request through the contact page. We will acknowledge it within 5 business days and answer in full within 30 days. There is no fee. Because a data request is itself a security risk, we will ask you to confirm your identity before releasing anything.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
How the data is protected
Traffic between your browser and this site travels over TLS. Verification documents and payment records are encrypted at rest. Access inside the business is granted by role, so a support agent handling a bonus query cannot open a passport scan.
No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can commit to is that if a breach ever affected your information in a way likely to cause serious harm, you would be notified — and so would the OAIC, as the notifiable data breaches scheme requires.
Your own account password is the part we cannot protect for you. Use one that is unique to this site, and turn on two-factor authentication if it is offered.
Minors
This site is for adults. Nobody under 18 may open an account, deposit, or play, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. Where an account is found to belong to a minor it is closed, deposits are returned, and any winnings are void.
If you share a device with children, parental filtering software is worth the ten minutes it takes to set up. The Responsible Gaming page lists the tools most often used in Australian households.
Updates to this policy
When this policy changes, the review date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes — a new category of data, a new recipient — are announced by email to account holders before they take effect, not quietly after.
This version was reviewed on 31 August 2026.
